Dean Studio Frequently Asked Questions

Question 1

Can I use Engage or Autopilot with my current website?

Accepted Answer

Yes, if your current setup is compatible. We’ll check it first and recommend the simplest safe option if anything needs changing.

Question 2

Who owns my website and domain?

Accepted Answer

Once Core is paid and delivered, the finished website is yours. Your existing domain stays yours too; Dean Studio’s internal tools and AI systems are not transferred.

Question 3

Does Autopilot include a new website every year?

Accepted Answer

No. The first yearly Autopilot order includes one Core website. Renewals cover Autopilot only unless a new website is agreed separately.

Question 4

What happens if I cancel?

Accepted Answer

Your paid Core website stays yours. Engage or Autopilot features stop at the end of the paid term, and annual plans are not automatically partly refunded.

Question 5

How do previews and demos work?

Accepted Answer

Core may get a free homepage preview. Engage and Autopilot can be configured as demos around your business before activation. Billing starts only after you approve the setup and choose to activate.
